| Our flower arrangements can only be hand-delivered because they are very sensitive. As a result, deliveries can only made within Manhattan at this time. However, if you are coming into Manhattan and would like to pick up your order at our shop, we would be delighted to accommodate you. We promise to do our best to expand our delivery area in the near future. Delivery will be an additional $10.00. All orders will be charged 8.375% state sales tax.

| We accept cash, money orders and credit cards (VISA, Master and American Express). We require a minimum purchase of $20 for credit card purchases. |

When ordering products for later pick-ups at the shop, we will take down your credit card information. We do not accept cancellations on fresh flower arrangements on the date of the pick-up or delivery. In the event the ordered item is not picked up, we will keep the fresh arrangement in our custody for safekeeping until the next day. If it is necessary to cancel an order, please contact us to cancel the order as soon as possible. If you cancel the order less than 3 days prior to the delivery or pick up date, you will be charged half the price of your order. If you cancel the order on the date of pick up or delivery or fail to pick up your arrangement, you will be charged for the full price of your order.
For items that were specifically designed to meet your requests, it is very likely that we will request a cancellation fee even if the order is cancelled 3 days prior to delivery. We will inform you of this possibility at the time of your order.

Natural (Fresh) Flowers, tree pots, terrariums and other cultivated items - No return or exchanges accepted.
Artificial Flower & Preserved Flower Arrangements - No returns accepted.
Exchanges for another item or Terry May voucher may be made under the following conditions:
1. Purchase receipt is presented
2. Purchase was made within 30 days
3. Item is returned in its original condition at purchase with the Terry May price tag affixed.
*Exceptions:
Holiday and special occasion items are non-returnable.
Non-Perishable Merchandise (Pruners, Vases, T-Shirts, etc.) - No returns accepted.
Exchanges for another item or Terry May voucher may be made under the following conditions:

| The wrapping paper for the pre-made bouquets at the shop is always free of charge. For custom-made bouquets, we add a $5 wrapping charge to the cost of the special bouquet, as we use a unique variety of wrapping papers and imported ribbons that require an additional fee. We always include flower food packets to all arrangements. While all bouquet cards are free, we also provide a variety of cards for sale. |

| Confidentiality remains at the core of our policy. While we do get excited when we receive requests from famous personalities, we never disclose our clients’ names as a means of self-promotion. We thank you in advance for your support and understanding. |
